Draft, pending legal review

This page is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and may change before PartnaPay launches. Text in square brackets is a placeholder that will be completed during that review.

Answers to common questions about joining and running a partner draw on PartnaPay, and how to reach us when you need a person.

01Contact us

Email [Support email address] and include the email address on your account and, if it is about a group, the group name. Never send your password or full card number; we will never ask for them.

We aim to reply within [Support response time].

02Web or mobile app?

The website is the organizer console: create and set up groups, invite and approve members, generate the payout schedule, track contributions, review disputes, and export reports. You can also open an invite link and join a group there.

The mobile app is where members save a card, choose auto-pay, pay contributions, confirm a payout was received, and get reminders. Card details cannot be entered on the website.

03Joining a group

  • Open the invite link your organizer shared and review the contribution, frequency, platform fee, and net payout.
  • Sign in or create an account, accept the group rules, and join.
  • Some groups need the organizer to approve you first. You may also need to add a card in the mobile app before your membership becomes active.
  • If the invite says it is unavailable, it may have expired, reached its limit, or been revoked. Ask your organizer for a new one.

04Running a group

  • Settle the contribution amount, number of hands, frequency, and fee before inviting members. Some settings lock once the schedule is generated or money has been collected.
  • A cycle can pay out only after every contribution is paid or waived. Use late flags and waivers to keep the record accurate.
  • Payouts need approval from two organizers, so add a co-organizer early.

05Payments and payouts

PartnaPay is in a pre-launch phase and does not yet collect or hold real money. Payments and payouts shown in the product run in a test environment.

PartnaPay is not a bank and does not guarantee payouts. A draw relies on every member paying on time, and PartnaPay keeps the record so everyone can see where the group stands.

06Disagreements in a group

If you think a payment or payout is wrong, raise a dispute on it in the app so the organizer can review it with the full history. If you cannot resolve it inside the group, contact us with the details.

07Your account and data

To get a copy of your information, correct it, or close your account, email [Privacy contact email]. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why, and our Terms of Service cover how PartnaPay may be used.

08Reporting a security issue

If you believe your account was accessed without permission, change your password and contact us straight away. To report a vulnerability, email [Security contact email] with steps to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly.
